Together
with you, we come up
with a price range we
feel we can sell your
merchandise in.
We start at the high
end of that range, reduce
over time if needed,
and proceeds split 60 CFG/ 40 Consignor once the item
sells. Checks are cut on the 10th of each month for the previous months sales. They can be picked up in-store from the 10th to the 15th. They are mailed out on the 15th.

How
are shipping charges
determined on your website?

When
you purchase
furniture
through our website,
there will be
a small handling
fee per item,
as well as a base
shipping charge.
Total shipping
charges are calculated
when you checkout.
You are welcome
to pick up your
furniture at our
store and not
pay a shipping
fee.
